Romeo Villa, Owner

After working many reals in retail operations management, it was time for a change. Already with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas Pan American, the time to practice in his field came. Entering the private sector for a local corporation, handling financials, payables, payroll, and HR.

Seeking greater knowledge and understanding, he pursued and graduated with a Master in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

At this point Villa’s Business Solutions was formed and begun assisting business owners locally and now virtually across the nation.

In order to better service clients, he also earned certification as an Intuit Bookkeeper Professional, Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and QuickBooks Payroll ProAdvisor.

He didn’t stop there; most recently passed Intuit’s Tax Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, to gain additional understanding to ensure tax ready books.
